How do I say this politely...

I loved it. I don't know why some of the previous reviews were so low, my guess is that they were probably jelly (filled). It would have been nice to have an additional button on the flash to allow the slow auto-scrolling of the pictures when selected, but I prefer to scroll manually. The reason being that I can stop and stare in amazement at that SoConfused guy's submissions. He makes my legs turn to jelly, I just don't know what it is about that guy.

Looking good, but...

You can see where you mirrored the image, right down the middle. You may want to fix that and post an update, other than that, it looks great. I love the use of a single solid color with a complicated design.

Words simply cannot describe how awesome this is. I can't believe you aren't going to pursue a career in art, at least you will have a very rewarding hobby. I don't think anyone is going to be able to locate any flaws or errors in that picture of yours. You did a great job and this deserves to be placed on the front page for a long time.

I'm glad you like it! I would not pursue a career in arts because making it a job would suck the fun out of it...
Then again, there's also the fact being an engineer does not stop me from being an artist, but being an artist will most certainly prevent me from being an engineer!

Everywhere I go here on NGs there seem to be cocks everywhere.

On a more serious note, I understand that this is just an experiment, but I think a (basic) background in this same style would make this look more complete than it is as of now. You might also want to add some darker color lines so that people can differentiate between the body and the wings, it looks like one big mass of feathers to me.
